I Will Certainly Be With You…

Hey friends! I took the summer off, and I wasn’t sure I was going to start back BUT there’s something I just cannot shake, and I think someone needs to read this. I was reading Exodus 3 last week, you know where God revealed Himself to Moses through the burning bush?

God told Moses in verse 9 that He was going to send him to rescue the Israelites who were enslaved in Egypt, and Moses was going to lead them out. This wasn’t just a few – but more like a couple million people, and God was asking Moses to do it. It was a really BIG deal! 🔥

Moses responded, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and that I should bring the Israelites out of Egypt?” (Exodus 3:11).

Instead of answering Moses’ question, God simply said, “I will certainly be with you…” (Exodus 3:12).

He didn’t want Moses to rely on himself. He wanted Moses to look to, trust, and rely on God - Yahweh, God Almighty.

Friend, I don’t know what God is speaking to you about this week or what He may be asking you to do – but I know that whatever it is He will certainly be with YOU. Look to God - not yourself. 🤍
